About Lisa
Hi, I’m Lisa, a mum, and an adventurer at heart. My son and I are currently travelling around Australia in our caravan.
This journey began with a desire to create more time together after years of balancing full-time work, a small business, and family life. When my partner left us I was reminded that life is too short not to focus on what truly matters.
That moment inspired me to make a change, embrace life on the road, and prioritise making memories together. I’m a qualified Early Childhood & Primary teacher with experience in curriculum coordination and teacher coaching.
Education has always been a passion of mine, and I now homeschool my son while travelling. Before TravelGemz, I ran a timber business creating wooden educational resources for children.
